X(S)M series under-discharge internal mixer
 Application: It is applicable to kneading of rubber and/or plastic and mixing for various jelly and/or plastic

Feature:
(1). The mixing chamber is of jacket structure with quick and better heating/cooling effects, the inner wall is coated with hard chrome for long service life.
(2). Build-up welding of hard alloy for the top and two sides of the rotor ridge, all the working surfaces are coated with hard chrome, good appearance and abrasive resistance. The cooling /heating medium can pass through the hollow of the rotor
(3). Constant hydraulic pressure seal structure is used for the top of the rotor, the seal effect is good with long service life thanks to high pressure lubrication, automatic alarm for used up of oil
(4). The upper bolt relieves the pressure automatically to protect the machine and for long service time if the machine works for too long under overload condition
(5). The working surfaces of upper and lower bolts are coated with hard chrome, good appearance and abrasive resistance. The cooling /heating medium can pass through the inner hollow of the lower bolt
(6). A rotary oil cylinder is used for the discharge door, smooth running and accurate positioning.
(7). A speed reducer of hard teeth surfaces with two output shafts is adopted, gear coupling or universal coupling is used. The transmission is smooth with high efficiency, low noise level, long service life.

Application:
This product is co-produced with Taiwan enterprise using introduced Japanese advanced technology in this field
The machine is used for kneading, mixing of rubber and mixing of plastic

Feature:
1. A unified base is used for the machine making it easier for the installation and adjustment
2. A gear unit of hard teeth is used for the transmission so that the transmission is smooth with low noise level and long working life
3. Closing coil motor is used for well protecting the dust, with bigger starting torque
4. The middle part of the internal mixer is made of alloy steel, coated with hard chrome surface, good appearance and abrasive resistance
5. The rotor is made of alloy steel, the ridge is build-up welded with hard alloy, the surface is coated with hard chrome, very smooth and good abrasive resistance. The rotor is hollow in the middle for cooling or heating (steam or oil heating)
6. The international advanced seal structure is adopted with good seal effect
7. The thorough tilting discharge function of the machine makes it possible for exchanging between various products.
